1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the game top-up services ("Services") provided by PT COOLFUNNY MULTI JAYA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to the user ("User", "you").
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide digital game currency/voucher top-up services for various online games. We process transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment system.

3. User Obligations

You must provide a valid and accurate User ID (e.g., Game ID, UID, or Player ID).

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided information. The Company is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect User IDs.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use these Services.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full via QRIS in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Payment must be completed within the specified time frame, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

The exchange rate and pricing for digital items are determined by the Company and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Delivery Policy

We strive to process and deliver your order within 30 minutes after payment confirmation.

Delivery is conducted automatically or manually via our system.

Disclaimer: We are a third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game developers or publishers. Game balances/items are subject to the game developer's policies.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund: Due to the digital nature of the goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the order has been processed, unless:

We fail to deliver the goods within the stipulated time frame.

The top-up failed due to a technical error on our side, and we cannot fulfill the order.

For failed transactions (money deducted but no top-up), you must contact us within 24 hours with proof of payment to initiate an investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order.

We are not responsible for any game suspensions, bans, or losses incurred by the game publisher due to your use of our service. You use our service at your own risk.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
